Shipping & Returns

We dispatch orders using the Royal Mail - all UK orders are sent 1st Class signed for and EU/worldwide orders are sent International signed for.

Delivery timescales are listed as a guide but these cannot be guaranteed.

If you do require your order urgently in the UK then we are happy to send your order via Special Delivery with a charge of £7.99. This guarantees that you will receive your items via the Royal Mail next day before 1pm service. Please note depending on the day and time of your order then this may not guarantee you receive your order the very next day so please contact us if you need to receive your order next day on 01244 888454.
We offer shipping to all 50 states except for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Our standard shipping costs and approximate timescales are:

UK Secure Delivery £3.99 approx 2-3 day.
Ireland £9.99 approx 3-5 days.
EU Member Countries £12.99 approx 5-7 days.
USA & rest of the world £12.99 10-14 days.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the merchandise subtotal and destination. Tax is not calculated in the shipping rates. Rate charges apply to domestic 48 states shipping. Please note that shipping rates, options and delivery times may vary for special orders, large volume orders or identified bulky items.

If any item is out of stock or no longer available we will immediately notify you and arrange to refund your transaction. You may then either choose another item or simply cancel the order. All Goods are despatched as soon as possible usually within 24-48 hours of ordering. You can track your orders via' Your Account' link on our website. Your account will be refunded in the event of non-availability of goods. All goods are securely packaged and shipments are fully insured. Your Statutory Rights remain unaffected at all times.

Cancellation Rights: We follow the guidelines of the European Directive which is part of the UK Law - The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) regulations of 2000. 

You have the right to cancel your order for any reason (including but not exclusively :not meeting your expectations, incorrect size, colour or damaged in transit) without stating your reason within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
The goods must be returned to our showroom address, and you will have to pay the shipping costs.

If you have a problem or any other issue in connection with any goods or services provided by us we will:

Once we have received your Complaint/Concern we will:
